By participating in this survey (the “Survey”), You acknowledge and represent that You have reviewed the terms of use for this Survey (the “Terms”) and agree that KPMG International Cooperative (“KPMGI”) and/or its applicable member firms (defined below and each, a “Member Firm” and together with KPMGI, “KPMG”) may collect, use, store, display, transmit, process, transfer and aggregate with other data, Your Personal Data and User Data in order to conduct the Survey as set out in the Terms. 

The terms “You”, “Your” and “Yours” when used in this consent means each specific participant of this Survey.  KPMG is the Data Controller for the processing activities set out in the Terms. All capitalized words have a specific definition in the Terms. 

This consent does not apply to Public Information (except where it is Personal Data) or the providing or use of Personal Data other than through the Survey.
